Keep the clinical file in one record
Within is the clinical record. The note, the plan, the consent, the release and the documents stay with the client.
What does it do? Each session note stays on that client's record, in the same place as the rest of their file.
What does it do? The treatment plan sits with the notes, so the direction of care is not kept in a separate document.
Consent forms and e-signatures
What does it do? Clients sign consent forms on an iPad or tablet. The signed form is stored on their record.
What does it do? A release of information shows who was allowed to receive what, and when.
What does it do? Documents for each client live on their record, next to the notes, the plan and the consents.
Run the front office without a second system
Reach takes the enquiry, the intake, the diary and the invoice. The same client is already in Within.
Enquiries and the lead pipeline
What does it do? Enquiries and leads stay in one pipeline, from the first message to the point where someone is ready to be seen.
What does it do? Intake opens the Within record with the details already filled in, so the same client is not typed twice.
What does it do? The practice calendar and schedule live in Reach, so the session you book is the session on the record.
What does it do? Invoices and billing sit with the notes and the calendar. The bill follows the session, in the same system.
What does it do? You can see who still owes, by how old the balance is, and keep the follow-up with that account.
Outpatient monitoring via check-in emails
Clients get between-session check-in emails that track mood, emotional regulation and general well-being.
Their answers go into the clinical record, so the clinician can see trends and notice when someone is struggling.
It is not an emergency service, and it does not provide crisis monitoring.
A file for each client, and a draft you review
Within stores the client record and your session notes. Within Assist can draft a note from the session and from earlier notes. You review it before it is saved. Signed records lock after you sign them.
Practice admin for a solo dietetic practice
Reach covers enquiries, intake, the calendar and invoicing. The note and the invoice share one client.
Reach Within does not include a food database or a meal-plan generator.
One monthly price
The plan is R500 for clinicians and counsellors in South Africa and £60 per clinician per month in the United Kingdom. A practice with more than one dietitian uses that price for each clinician.
