Within Assist — the note, drafted from the session

• Record the session, with the client's consent.
• A transcript of what was said, and a draft of the clinical note.
• Conversational AI that already knows this client's history and earlier transcripts.
• You review the draft and apply suggestions straight into the note fields.

Within — the clinical record

• Session notes on the client record.
• Treatment plans, kept with the notes.
• Consent forms and e-signatures, signed on an iPad or tablet.
• Releases of information, so you can see who was allowed to receive what.
• Documents for each client, on the same file.

Reach — enquiries, intake, the calendar and billing

• An enquiry and lead pipeline.
• Intake and admission, with the clinical record opened already filled in.
• A calendar and schedule for the practice.
• Invoicing and billing, in the same system as the notes.

It is one system. Admin, notes and billing share the client, so nothing is typed twice. Between-session check-in emails are included. They track mood, emotional regulation and general well-being. They are not an emergency service.

More than one clinician

The published price is per clinician. A practice with several clinicians uses that price for each person. A team that wants a walkthrough can book a demo. There is no second public price.
