What does Assist do?
Assist drafts. The clinician reviews, edits and signs. With the client's consent, a session can be recorded and transcribed, and you can ask Assist in your own words: for bullet-point notes, a summary, follow-ups or themes across recent sessions. It does not diagnose and it never signs the record.
Can I record online sessions or import a recording?
Yes. Record in the room, record an online Zoom, Teams or Google Meet session from the browser tab, or import a recording you made elsewhere, including a voice memo. Recording is always optional and only with the client's consent.
Which outcome scales are included?
PHQ-9, GAD-7 and AUDIT. You assign a scale weekly or fortnightly, the client completes it on a private link, it is scored automatically, and scores are graphed over time on the client file and across the practice.
Where is client data hosted?
Client data in Reach + Within is hosted in the EU (Netherlands), for both UK and South African customers. See the security page for how we support your POPIA and UK GDPR obligations.
Can I cancel and export my data?
