Rehab and treatment centre software has to follow a person from the first enquiry through admission, clinical care, nursing, family contact and discharge. A therapy notes app can be excellent for a weekly counselling hour and still be the wrong instrument for a residential or outpatient programme. This page is for teams running those programmes in the United Kingdom. It does not list a price. Rehab pricing is a quote, because beds, staffing and the shape of the programme change the work. Enquiry to admission

Admissions teams live in the gap between a phone call and a bed. The enquiry needs an owner, a referrer, a next step, and a point at which you either offer an assessment or say you cannot. Mixing that queue with a private therapist’s weekly waiting list confuses both. The guide on waiting lists is written for outpatient therapy. Use the same discipline here, with criteria that match residential risk: who cannot wait, who needs a medical screen before they travel, and who you will not admit.

Clinical care, nursing and the record

Clinicians need assessments, treatment plans, session and group notes, and a discharge summary that another service can read. Nurses need a record of care that stands up to review. eMAR and e-scripts are part of the rehab workflow we quote for, not a consumer add-on. Families need an approved report, not the nursing note and not the therapy process note. A secure family report link is for that narrower share: what the client and the team have agreed can leave the building.

The audit trail records who viewed or changed what, and when, which matters when a commissioner or an internal review asks how the record is kept. Roles decide who can open the clinical note, the nursing record and the invoice. Sign-in with a second factor is coming soon. Client data is hosted in the EU (Netherlands).

Assist can draft a session note from a recording the client has agreed to. A residential programme should be especially careful here. Consent has to be real, including when someone has just arrived and is frightened. The checklist is recording therapy sessions. The clinician still signs. Assist does not.

Outcome scales are coming soon. If your commissioners require a specific outcome pack today, say so in the quote conversation rather than assuming it is switched on.

What we will not pretend

We do not publish a rehab price, a setup fee, or a per-bed figure. Anyone who quotes you a single public number for “rehab software” without asking about the programme is guessing. We also do not claim to be the case-management system used by publicly funded drug and alcohol services for national datasets. Those products exist for a different contract. Private rehabs and treatment centres, residential and outpatient, offering substance use and mental health services, are the practices this page is for.
