Reach runs enquiries, bookings and invoicing. Within holds the clinical record. Assist drafts a session note from a recording the client has agreed to. You review the draft and you sign it.

The South African price for therapists and group practices is from R500 a month per clinician. Admin, finance and management users are free. Rehabs and treatment centres are quoted. There is no public rehab price. Medical aid claims are coming soon. We say that here so you do not have to discover it after a demo.

Built for private practice, not for a hospital

This is not a hospital records system and it is not statutory case management for a government department. It is the file, the diary and the invoice for a practice that sees clients. HPCSA record keeping and POPIA are part of the design conversation, not a badge. You remain the responsible party. We act as operator. Client data is hosted in the EU (Netherlands). A cross-border transfer needs a lawful ground. The POPIA guide is the practical version, and it is information rather than legal advice.

Role-based access and an audit trail are included. Sign-in with a second factor is coming soon. A secure family report link can share an approved report. It does not share the session note. A PA can book and raise invoices without opening the clinical record.

What we will not claim

Outcome scales are coming soon. Medical aid claims are coming soon. We do not claim a live link to Sage or Xero, and we do not claim two-way calendar sync. We do not claim a POPIA or HPCSA certification. Bookem and other South African products publish medical workflows and lower entry prices. The comparison is Reach + Within and Bookem. If their Medical plan is what your practice needs this year, buy that. We would rather be clear than be briefly chosen.

The trial for therapists and group practices is 30 days with demo clients and no card. Use the demos first if you want to see the note drafted and signed before you fill in a form.
