South African pricing for Reach + Within is from R500 a month per clinician for therapists and group practices. Admin, finance and management users are free. A bookkeeper or a receptionist does not need a clinician seat to send invoices or to manage the diary. They also cannot open clinical notes.

Rehabs and treatment centres are not on this price. Residential and outpatient programmes are quoted, because the work depends on beds, nursing and how families are kept informed. Request a quote. There is no public rehab price and no setup fee on this page.

What the monthly fee is for

The fee covers Reach and Within together. Reach is enquiries, onboarding, the calendar, invoices, statements and aged balances. Within is the client file: assessment, treatment plan, session and group notes, documents and consent. Assist drafts a note when the client has agreed to a recording. You edit and sign. Role-based access and an audit trail are included. Sign-in with a second factor is coming soon. A secure family report link can send an approved report. PA booking and billing work without access to the record.

Outcome scales are coming soon. Medical aid claims are coming soon. Do not budget as if either is already submitting or scoring inside the product. Invoicing a client directly is available. Submitting a claim to a medical scheme is not, yet. If that gap is unacceptable, read Reach + Within and Bookem before you trial us. Bookem’s public page, checked in October 2026, lists medical workflows we do not currently match.

Trial and quote

Therapists and group practices can start a 30-day trial with demo clients. No card is taken on the site. Move to real clients only after the data agreement and client consent are in place. Nothing charges automatically at the end of the trial. You can export.

A rehab quote is a reply within one business day, then 14 days of guided access with demo data if you want to proceed. Contact us if the form is the wrong shape for the question.

Your quote shows the exact figure for the number of clinicians, and it shows annual billing beside monthly if you ask. We do not add a surprise seat for admin staff.

What this page does not do

It does not show another country’s fee. United Kingdom practices use a different page. It does not estimate medical aid recovery, and it does not promise ICD-10 coding as a live claims feature. It does not include a setup number, because we are not publishing one.

POPIA still applies to whatever you store. Hosting is in the EU (Netherlands). You remain the responsible party. If you are a psychologist, a registered counsellor or a social worker comparing this fee with the work you actually do, the profession pages are psychologists, registered counsellors and social workers. The fee is the same shape for each: per clinician, from R500 a month, admin users free, claims coming soon.

Ask for the quote in writing if several clinicians share the practice, or if some of the team are nurses in a programme rather than consulting-room therapists. A clinician is anyone who writes clinical notes. A receptionist does not become a clinician because they can see the diary. Admin, finance and management users stay free on that definition.
