Comparison
Reach + Within and Zanda
Both prices in pounds. Zanda’s UK page showed a much lower solo figure, including an October promotion. Checked October 2026.
Checked October 2026.
This comparison was checked in October 2026 against Zanda’s UK pricing page at https://zandahealth.com/uk/pricing/ and against Reach + Within’s UK pricing. Both sides are in pounds on this page. The note is neutral, dated, and it does not use Zanda’s logo.
Zanda (formerly Power Diary in many markets) sells practice management with appointments, notes, telehealth and an AI scribe option branded BizzyAI. Reach + Within sells a connected practice system for therapists and group practices from £60 a month per clinician in the United Kingdom, with admin, finance and management users free.
What Zanda’s UK page published
On 4 October 2026 the UK pricing page showed:
- Starter, for 1 practitioner: £15 a month, displayed as £7.50 for the first 6 months under an October promotion, then £15.
- Growth: a base of £25 a month, displayed as £12.50 during that promotion, plus £15 per additional practitioner, displayed as £7.50 during the promotion.
- Telehealth Pro: £7 per practitioner a month.
- SMS: £0.09.
- BizzyAI Core included, described as 4 AI Scribe appointments a month on the core allowance.
- A 14-day trial.
All of those prices were in GBP. We did not see an “AI Pro” price of £19 on the page we fetched. We are not citing a £19 figure. If Zanda adds or renames an AI tier, their page is the source, not this article.
Promotional prices end. Budget the figure that remains after six months, not only the half-price line.
What we publish
From £60 a month per clinician. That is higher than Zanda Starter at £15, and higher than the promotional £7.50. We should say that plainly. The £60 covers Reach and Within together: enquiries through to invoices, and the clinical record. Assist drafts from a recording the client has agreed to. There is no separate “four free AI appointments” cap published on our pricing page. The clinician still reviews and signs every draft. Recording without consent is not a feature.
Included with the product: role-based access, an audit trail, secure family report links, and PA booking and billing without access to the note. Sign-in with a second factor is coming soon. Outcome scales are coming soon. Hosting is in the EU (Netherlands). No certification is claimed.
The trial is 30 days for therapists and group practices, demo clients, no card. Zanda’s published trial was 14 days.
Where Zanda is a better fit
Choose Zanda if the lowest published UK solo price is the decision. At £15 a month for one practitioner, or £7.50 during the October 2026 promotion, Starter is much cheaper than £60. Choose Zanda if Growth’s per-practitioner add-on, telehealth as a priced extra, and a small included AI scribe allowance match how the clinic works. A practice that wants sterling pricing, a short trial, and a diary-first product should start there and only look at us if the enquiry-to-note handoff or the PA permission boundary is the actual pain.
Where Reach + Within is a better fit
Choose Reach + Within if you will pay more per clinician because admin users are free and because the front desk must not read the note. Choose it if Assist is something you will use across ordinary sessions, with consent, rather than four included scribe appointments. Choose it if you also need a path for rehabs and treatment centres, which is a quote, not the £60. That path is rehab software.
Group practices can read group practice management. The note workflow is AI session notes.
How to decide
Write down the price after the promotion, the telehealth extra, and SMS, for the number of practitioners you have. Compare that total with £60 times clinicians, with admin at zero. Then test permissions: can the person who sends the invoice open the session note? If Zanda’s answer is acceptable and the total is lower, Zanda is the better fit. If the boundary is the point, trial us for 30 days.
